The Washington County School District announces the need for professional architectural services for the design and construction of a new Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Center located in Chipley, Florida. This project is federally funded; therefore, knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act is required.
For a packet containing specific information regarding the process, evaluation criteria, and a timeline for the evaluation of the qualifications and the competitive negotiations with selected firms contact: Kyle Newsom, Washington County School District, 652 Third Street, Chipley, Florida 32428 on or before noon (CST), September 26, 2022.
The original and seven copies shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly labeled “Professional Architectural Services for the Washington County School District for The Chipley Voluntary Pre Kindergarten Center” by noon (CST), September 30, 2022.
The Washington County School District accepts no responsibility for any expenses incurred by those firms offering their services to the county in the preparation of a response to the Request for Qualifications.
