School Bus Stop-Arm Cameras

The Washington County District School Board is accepting sealed bids for School Bus Stop-Arm Cameras for the 2025–2026 school year.

When preparing bids, please include pricing and installation for a complete fleet of 50 school buses serving Washington County Schools. All work must comply with state and federal laws, as well as district safety policies.

The Washington County School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part, and to waive informalities as deemed in the best interest of the District. Bids are not to include any state or federal taxes.

All bid envelopes must be clearly marked: “SCHOOL BUS STOP-ARM CAMERAS BID #26-03”.

Bids will be opened on December 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (CST) at the Washington County School Board Office, located at: 652 Third Street, Chipley, FL 32428

Bids received will be reviewed and submitted to the Washington County School Board for consideration at the regular board meeting on December 8, 2025.
